We held our exhibition at Queen Bee's, an Art and Cultural Center in North Park, on Thursday, May the 26th at 5:30pm. The venue was beautiful. It was a very clean, dark, and spacious place. Inside the first large room, we had our class bands and spoken word performances and in the other room we had voluntary performances and individual bands.
This was by far the best exhibition I've ever had. This was the first exhibition where it was not just a piece of paper on display. This was a heart felt exhibition. Here we were ourselves and we were able to showcase things that we made that defined us. With the spoken words and songs they really moved people. People were crying, laughing, smiling and held very bold facial expressions. This really made me feel good.
